The majority of components of energy-saving industrial fans are pre-assembled by the manufacturer before leaving the factory. Therefore, on-site assembly at the customer's location only requires integration and assembly of the completed parts. It is important to strictly follow the assembly requirements during on-site assembly to avoid increasing the workload.

Here are the guidelines for assembling energy-saving industrial fans:

  1. Before assembly, inspect and clean the dimensions, accuracy, and mating surfaces of the components that need to be assembled. The assembly must be performed according to the standards and assembly sequence.
  2. Cleaned parts and components should be placed according to the assembly or disassembly procedure and effectively protected. Oil, debris, and waste cleaning agents should not be dumped randomly and should be disposed of according to relevant environmental regulations.
  3. When tightening bolts, use a wrench. Avoid using impact methods or exceeding the permissible stress of the bolts. When multiple bolts or screws are used to fasten the same assembly, tighten them in a crosswise, symmetrical, and uniform manner. If there is a locating pin, start tightening from the bolt or screw closest to the pin. The contact between the bolt head, nut, and the connected part should be tight. If there are specific requirements for contact area and gap, they should be inspected according to the specified requirements. After tightening the bolt with the nut, the bolt should protrude 2-3 thread pitches, and its bearing surface should be flush with the fastened part. After tightening countersunk screws, they should be recessed into the component and not protrude. If there are requirements for locking, perform the locking process after tightening. When using double nuts for locking, install the thin nut first, followed by the thick nut. Using two identical washers under each nut is prohibited.
  4. For the assembly of precision bolts and high-strength bolts, the dimensions and accuracy of the bolt hole should be checked according to the design requirements. When assembling stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other materials, anti-seize compounds should be applied to the threaded part.
  5. Assembly of locating pins: The type and specifications of the pin should meet the requirements in the technical documentation. When assembling the pin into the pinhole, lubricating grease or an anti-seize compound should be applied. Avoid subjecting the pin to load during assembly and choose the appropriate method based on the condition of the pin.
  6. The positions of all assembled parts should strictly follow the instructions specified in the technical documents. Carry out assembly inspections accordingly.
  7. After all, components are assembled, they need to be placed in the packaging box according to the specified position requirements. Take measures to prevent squeezing or damage during transportation and provide external protection.
