Project background: This warehouse covers an area of over 12,000㎡ and is divided into independent storage and sorting zones. Raw food materials, semi-finished food products, packaged finished goods, and auxiliary packaging supplies are stored separately. Multi-layer heavy-duty storage racks and dedicated sorting workstations line both sides of the warehouse. All food stock is neatly stacked on pallets and stored off the ground with sealed moisture-proof packaging and dedicated storage trays. Goods and packaging materials are densely arranged throughout the space. Storage racks and sorting equipment create tight compartmentalized areas, blocking fresh outdoor air from reaching the inner storage zones. Stacked food products, plastic packaging and cartons obstruct natural airflow, resulting in stagnant air deep inside the warehouse. The enclosed space stays persistently stuffy with trapped heat, high humidity and floating dust. Such poor conditions easily trigger mold growth, food spoilage, and condensation damage to packaged food products.Multiple large HVLS industrial ceiling fans are mounted on the warehouse roof. They generate wide-range integrated air circulation to resolve heat buildup and weak air convection within this high, spacious storage facility.
