Project background: The factory covers an area of 10,000+ square meters and is divided into different production and processing zones. Engine parts, frame accessories, brake components, and electrical parts are processed and stored separately. Both sides of the workshop are equipped with multi-level heavy-duty material racks and specialized production stations. All finished and semi-finished motorcycle parts are neatly placed on trays and stored off the ground with protective packaging and dedicated fixtures. The parts and packaging materials are densely arranged. The material racks and processing equipment form dense functional partitions, making it difficult for outdoor fresh air to penetrate the inner working areas. The metal parts, plastic accessories and packaging materials themselves have air-blocking properties, and the air in the middle and inner areas of the workshop is not well circulated. The interior is constantly stuffy with accumulated heat and slight dust humidity, which makes precision metal parts prone to oxidation, rusting and surface blemishes. Multiple large HVLS industrial fans are hung on the roof of the factory workshop. They provide large-scale air circulation, improving the problems of heat accumulation and poor air convection in the tall and spacious production space, ensuring balanced temperature and air cleanliness throughout the workshop, and meeting the requirements for anti-rust, dust-proof and stable production of motorcycle precision parts.
